RISK

CONFERENCE

Join us for RISK: A Collaborative Dialogue to Promote Engaged Action for Educators

As educators, we recognize that we have a particular platform and responsibility to respond to the urgent threat of climate change in our schools and classrooms.

This year we commit ourselves to an active response to this threat - to learn more and do more to promote sustainability and climate justice. This year's conference will provide the opportunity for teachers to:

  • Learn from a network of people in PreK-12 education, higher education, NASA Ames, nonprofits, and industry who want to partner and design the solutions that our world needs.

  • Dialogue with each other using Design Think pedagogy and facilitated problem solving teams.

  • Develop programs and products that you can take back with you to your schools for implementation.

  • Form a learning network so you can continue growing with each other across school sites.
